In ohio and probably lots of other states they offer "collectors plates" to those who have collectors cars which allow some freedoms. I don't take emissions, I get away with all kinds of shit, but I'm limited to 7500mi a year, not like that's a problem though cause winter is long in cleveland. But it is possible because in "The Complete Book of Collectible Cars" by Richard M Langworth copyright 2000, the Twin Turbo Z from 90-96 is listed as blue chip auto investment. This, being printed proof of its collectiblity, has the state satisified. Myself and recently Steve (dayton) have gotten collectors plates. If you, or anybody, wants the info so that you can do what you please with no emissions, let me know and I'll e-mail you the info that you need. Z ya, Jerry
